Map hotspots in Header

Hello everybody.

I am new to wordpress and i have a serious issue.

first of all sorry to everybody but i dont know where to check my wordpress version.

The company i work for is asking me to put hotspots in the header of our WP site www brazilvacationclub . com

I have been tryin this during many hours but i cant manage to map with dreamweaver the header image.

Since i will lose my job if i will not be able to to that, i am here PRAYING for help.

Pls, I need to put in the right part of the header a clickabel link saying: Email a Brazil Expert, when somebody clicks here the default email application should open and send an email to us.

Pls, i pray.. can anyone help me with this?
