Manually input tables with product information and check out!!!

I am developing a service based website and would like to find out if there is a plugin that can perform the following task;

I want my website visitors to be able to manually input details of products they want to buy (from 3rd party websites) in a table that would contain the following headings e.g. item name, description, URL, quantity, size etc. This table will have the ability to automatically sum the total cost of these items which will then be used as the check-out sum amount

Is there someone that can be kind enough to provide details of how to do this using woocommerce or tell me if there is another plugin that supports this?
