   Hello-
   I’m new to WordPress and recently started using it via my web hosting service. I want to install the Security Update (posted on April 3, 2007 http://wordpress.org/development/2007/04/wordpress-213-and-2010/) , but when I go to my cPanel for my webhost and look under Fantastico (the tool I used to install WordPress), it says, “Only manual upgrade possible.”

   Does this mean that I have to download the WP security update and then upload it to my website folder? Thanks.

   You'll have to follow these steps. Be sure you backup your Mysql database.
