Manual Related Posts positioned after page numbers

Hi. Terrific plug-in. Is there some way to get it to display after the content and also after the page numbers (but before the comments) in a multi-page post. If not, it will take focus away from the article because the reader thinks it is over, however there may still be many other pages to read in the main post.
