   I was trying to update to WordPress 3.1.1 and it wouldn't go through - kept requesting the ftp password. Then..I couldn't login to the admin at all. I kept getting this error:

   Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/sillsspo/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 16

   So I followed instructions I found here to try and do a manual update: http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update

   But now the entire site is down! Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong?!

   I'm getting this error on the login page:

   Warning: require(/home/sillsspo/public_html/wp-includes/classes.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sillsspo/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 68

   Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/sillsspo/public_html/wp-includes/classes.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/sillsspo/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 68

   Nevermind! I forgot the last step which was to copy all of the new files to the root, Was still using the old wp-settings.php file.
