managing my website’s visitor

    Hi everybody,

    At present, I am desgning a website by WordPress.

    Now I want to write a Plugin what include following functions:

    – User can only watch website in a fixed time distance: It will count click times, or watching times.

    – Admin can manage users’s time to sign up when they come website’s members.

    – I searched from other sources, but don’t have Plugin what can support my asking exactly.
