Managing Dynamic Forms Inputs (1 post)

    Hello,

I'm working on my first wordpress site and am having trouble figuring out the best way to handle dynamic forms. I am creating a registration form for an event which is typical except for one group of form fields.

The first form field is an input box which will ask the user to enter the number of people.

Then the form should take this number and generate (ajax) a dynamic number of input fields to input users. So if a user enters "3" people. There should be 3 input boxes for each of their names and 3 boxes that I would then use to get the persons t-shirt size.

I've tried out a handful of plugins but none seem to have this functionality. I would also like to avoid having to spend money on a plugin because this is for a non-for-profit charity website that I'm doing for free.

    Thanks for your help.
