Manage slides – Can't choose gallery

    I have tryinmg to add two new slides to an existing gallery. In the “Save a Slide” window, I entered the information and image link, but now there is no way to select which gallery to place the images. Before, I could select from two galleries I created. Now, there is a “Select All” checkbox, and a checkbox under that one with no label.

    I believe there was a recent Slideshow Gallery update, and also a brand new WordPress update to 3.9.1.

    How do I get the galleries to show up again so I can assign an image to the appropriate gallery?
