Manage Plugin Error Message

I am getting the following message on my Manage Plugin Page:

The plugin ../..//home/shacon/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/hummingbir_old.gif has been deactivated due to an error: Invalid plugin path.

I deactivate all my plugins, then reactivated one-by-one and it is still there. I also removed the image from my wp-content/uploads/2008/12/ etc. folder, still getting above msg. even after the reactivations one-by-one.

What gives? This is not affiliated or associated with any plugin, but rather is incorporated into to a post page and it still shows in that post, like it should.
