manage lists and database

if anyone show me how to create and manage lists ( let’s say, friends and phone numbers list – address book?) in my WP, I really appreciate that.
any interface that I can creat my own table (database), manage/save, and retrieve from the keyword later. yes it is exactly like an address book with the custom field.
