   Hey

   I've installed ths plugin:
   http://urbangiraffe.com/plugins/redirection/

   It says I should navigate to:
   Manage -> Redirection -> Options
   to configure it, but I don't see any "Manage" link on the wordpress (2.8.5) admin panel.

   any suggestions?

   I see it under "Tools", but this quote confuses me:
   "Once you've done that, you'll want to install the Redirection plugin, and make sure that under Manage -> Redirection -> Options, making sure both URL Monitoring select boxes are set to "Modified posts". Now you can change those permalinks to perfectly SEO'd permalinks without having to do anything else, or worry about the search engine consequences."

   When selecting "navigate" in the Tools I don't see the 2 select boxes (the bold text above),

   There is more to it. The next quote says I should on the very same page as the 2 select boxes appear (which don't know where to locate), on that page I should choose if I wanted to use WWW vs non-WWW
