    Hey Guys,

    So I've pretty much been looking everywhere for any information that might be helpful in existing me getting rid of this Malware issue I seemingly have.

    It seems out of all the major virus software applications don't pick it up other than Avast.

    Succuri has it listed as this: http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/http://www.theparanoidgamer.com

    I've been looking through all the code and can't find anything suspicious. I've overridden most of the key WordPress files and haven't gotten rid of the issue. Switched themes to see if it was a theme related issue, and also looked over the code or anything.

    I'm not sure if anything aside for starting over will fix the issue.

    I've looked over all the WordPress related stuff and contacted the host which is completely useless (Godaddy).

    I have the same problems.

    If I try to add a new post, my antivirus (Eset Nod32) detects a trojan: Agent.Nef Trojan.

    When I use Sucuri, it doesn't detect anything and I have tried re-installing wordpress automatically, but I was unlucky.

    What is happening? Any help? I didn't change anything, it just happens....

    I am having the same problem, can't even access the admin site. What I'm wondering is - if I backup my files won't I be backing up the trojan as well?

    @ivystar You can backup them, but not used them, just you have them because maybe you are deleting some important files, but you won't upload them again.

    so I will have to re-make the entire site?

    @ivystar I had to:

    - Delete folders wp-content and wp-include, and upload again those folders from the original wordpress. If you do that, you don't have to install anything, your blog will be unoperative meanwhile you are deleting and uploading, but when you finish, it should be operative again.

    - Delete and upload all the plugins (you can try uploadling only javascrip files of each plugin).

    Anyway, backup all your files (mainly folders wp-content, wp-include and plugins), and the database.
