Malware detected on my website.

Hello,
I was recently viewing my own site and upon clicking onto one of the posts Google Chrome notified me that it had been infected (by another site) with malware.
I have since deleted the post and I have not experienced this problem on any other pages. I have changed my passwords but is there anything else I need to do and how can I prevent this from happening again?
