Hey all -
I have yet another problem with malware. Apparently my site has been infected and I have no idea how. I also don't know how to remove it. I've included a screen grab of the error I'm getting:

Anyone have any tips on how to deal with this? This is the second time this has happened to me and I'm getting so frustrated that I'm considering switching back to Blogger. :(
I should also note that all I know how to do is upload new posts. I'm HTML/FTP clueless.

Thanks for the articles esmi - I actually already read a lot of those.
The problem is that I have no clue how to fix the issue even after reading them. I know nothing about scripts or how to access files or any of that stuff. I don't even know what "back door" means in reference to websites. Last time this happened to me someone on here actually volunteered to go into my site and fix it for me so I'm very clueless.
Last time this happened my host - BlueHost - suggested that I sign up for SiteLock because it would protect me from this time of issue in the future. I paid and signed up but it didn't protect me. Their customer service also has not gotten back to me.
If you cannot manage this by yourself, then I'm afraid you'll need to consider hiring someone to do the work for you. Cleaning up after a hack is not a small job.
