According to Google Page Speed, proxy servers do not cache pages with parameters, so it puts the wp-minify URLs into its report.
I'm not sure how this can be done, but I'd like to request that minified files be served as a page without parameters and that the list of files be listed as a comment instead.
No response from the developer, but if anyone's interested, I've found a way to do this: put a redirect in .htaccess or in your Redirection plugin table to a fixed-looking URL with no parameters.
