Helllo, my names is James Ylisela. I am a video and social media editor at D S Simon Productions, a leading PR/communications video company. President and CEO's Vlog http://www.dssimonvlogviews.com has been getting slower and slower to load as well as play the videos (since is is a "vlog") This may be a problem because it has video on the site, however we use the embed code from google video so technically there is no video on the site. Is there any reason why it takes so long to upload? Is there anything we can do or you can do to make it go faster?

The problem is that you're loading the driver for each and every one of the videos. That's what's slowing it down. The video doesn't load until you click on the video and start playing it. Still loading the embed drivers though.

And may even be crashing visitor's browsers as well if they're using an older browser or don't have enough memory.

May want to suggest moving the video into the post and out of the main page. You have a more tag within your browser that will divide your post. The button is either labeled with 'more' or it looks like two sheets of paper with a line between them. Just put the video code after that more tag and it will load after your visitor clicks through into the post.
