   I am using Fallseason theme from Sadish.
   I want my front page to be the home page tab as it is now. I want to be able to post in there too. I want my blog page to be a separate page and be able to post there too but for post on this page to be independent og the posts on front page.

   Have a look at my site and see if it makes it clearer....

   You would need to edit your index.php template file to use a custom query that excluded the blog posts.
