Making options available for network users

I have a theme call “gameshit” and I am running wordpress networks. I have given the registered users the privilege of “Administrator” but this theme(gameshit) after activation makes available another link i.e “gameshit options” but this link only appears to super-admin not to my other website users who are administrators.

How to make this options available for other users too?
