   I want to make a joke and/or poetry site. I want to display 10 jokes per page and at the bottom I want a numbers bar (page 1,2,3,4,etc) for redirection. How do I do that? Is there a plugin?

   Might take a look at the Easel theme, has multiple layouts, you can choose the number of post per page. It also supports child themes.
