sure, you can use position: fixed; instead of position: absolute;
Support in Internet Explorer is bad, but should work in IE8 and up.
in case of the example skin, set position to fixed where it says position: absolute on #cookie_opt_in_top_bar_container
And, where could I find that ? Within the wordpress Plugin Editor ?
you can do that in the file css/cls-style.css in the plugin folder,
or you can use the wordpress theme editor and add
#cookie_opt_in_top_bar_container {
position: fixed !important;
}
at the end of your style.css
Okay, did both of the methods, no success!
can you point me to your site, i’ll take a quick look
Yes, I got it working. This is sticky: http://puu.sh/2wTUR
But, this is not: http://puu.sh/2wTVq
same trick can be applied there for element
#cookie_opt_in_toggle
so
#cookie_opt_in_toggle {
position: fixed !important;
}
should be enough to get it to stick.
Got it working! Thanks for the awesome plugin 😉
And, another thing!
How to make the COOKIE PREFERENCE listed and be there without hovering ?
#cookie_opt_in_toggle {
width: 180px !important;
}
Where to change that ?
In the Style.css or css/cls-style.css ?
Got it working! Thanks again 🙂
