I want the Business Card Holders and Cases page to be the home page - which I think it is, so then I want to remove the separate link to that page that appears in the navbar. How do I do that???

Assuming that your blog is page rather than post based, if your current navbar uses wp_list_pages replace it with wp_page_menu().
