Making Header Image a Link

We are using Bold Life Theme. We changed the header and put in an image. I would like the header to be a link. I have read the WordPress Codex on this and have done exactly as stated but am getting “Header Image” in the very top left corner. (I have sense reverted back to the original code.)

Below is the header.php code. Can someone please tell me where to put the code from the Codex in the Bold Life code?
