Making form submission mandatory.

    On the home page of my site, I have a Contact Form 7 Query Box. I want to make every visitor filling the form mandatory. The site will remain inaccessible untill the form is submitted.

    Can anyone guide me about how to do it? I am new to wordpress so links to good tutorials will be helpful.
