Making a mobile friendly menu (1 post)

This site http://www.beginyourstoday.com (using responsive theme) will show you the correct menu I want when it gets to the mobile width. Just resize the browser until you see it.

My question is how/what is the best way to do that with my site? I'm using a responsive theme but I think that is all unrelated. I understand I need to put in the menu element on the header page, set the css element containing it to "display: none;" and then once the media screen size gets to a certain size I display it.

My real question is how do I make the new menu dynamic so it updates when I update or add pages to the normal wordpress menu.
