Making a link to a section of another page

    Hello,

    I have been trying to link to a specific section of another page. Thought I’d embedded an anchor there (before Acorn Hats’ Philosophy) but the link html I’m trying to use to access it doesn’t seem to be working, sends me to the site, but a page not in use.
    Here is the page:
