Make the plugin work on Subscribe2

Hi all,

This is a great great plugin, it really boosted my subscriptions, but now I’m moving to Subscribe2 and I’d like to know if there’s a way where I can change this plugin to make it work with Subscribe2, instead of Jetpack’s subscription.
