    you have to look that one up in your theme settings

    edit style.css of your theme and adjust the widths of the sidebar and content area;

    for these kind of problems, please try to work with a tool such as Firefox’ add-on Firebug http://getfirebug.com/

    it is not the scope of this WordPress forum to teach the basics of formatting.
