I realise there is a way to make any post 'sticky' to the front page
(explanation here http://www.wordpressmax.com/wordpress-guide/wordpress-post-on-top)
but what I want to do is make a post 'sticky' in my Recent list on my front page
http://www.bristolgreenstore.co.uk
Do I need to go in and hard code in the post ID to this section of my theme (and if so, which file(s) will need it in?) or is there a way to do this within WordPress / without a plugin?

Extra info:
The post I want to make sticky is "Freeshare - current items for collection" as new items go on there all the time, but I don't want to create separate posts for each new item. Once they're taken I delete them from the post, and so I don't end up with lots of deleted posts (which I would if I put each new item in a new post).
At the moment I just change the Published date to the current date & time to put it back to the top, but I often forget and have to go back in later to do this. Would be great to just avoid this altogether.
