Make new pages that look like my blog (2 posts)

    Hello,

I am fairly new to all this, and I could really use some help.

I have my blog up and running (quite well actually) at byron-harvey.com

What I would like to do now is to add pages that look the same as my blog, but will not really be a part of the blog. I'd like to have some pages for some of my past published articles, maybe a page for each of our small groups, maybe another section for my sermons, etc...

I tried something called a staticez plugin, but that seemed to make a total mess of my site and wanted to put everything in side the blog.

I'm sure I could find something by searching, but I don't know what I'm searching for. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how I may accomplish this, or if it is even possible with 1.2.2; I'd like to stay with a stable release as these will be pages that folks from our church will be using.

    Thanks,
    Byron

It used to be referred as "static pages" by the users of earlier versions.

The link above will give you an idea how to make pages, and I guess it works for 1.2.2, too.
