Make Link Active

I’m aggregating some tweets through Google Reader and they come out unactive. ie. I get the http:// bit.ly/ak305 but not the markup to make it active. Is there a plugin that will add the markup whenever it finds a link url in a post? (Was almost impossible NOT to get an active link in here. How can I do that?)
