Make a code appear only for posts dated 2007

Hello,

On my blog using cute permalinks with urls containing the date, I wonder if it is possible – honestly, I have no idea – to create a php code made to add a certain message to my html page only if the current post URL contains /2007/ ?

(The reason : a certain group of links I used a lot in 2007 are now pointing to a malware website, their owner sold his domain to bad people. At the present time I made a small < table > warning message with explanations </ table > inserted on top of my blog header, but I’d like to make that message to be shown only to people seeing a message dated 2007)

Do you think it could be done ?
If you do, would you know how to do it, or know where it is explained ?
