I need help please!- No media links or weblinks are working

When I create a page – I cannot add a photo, or any other media for that matter. The icons are not live.
When I want to hyperlink a word or a photo to something, I can open up the icon, and enter in the information, but when I click save, it takes me to a blog post page not back to the page I was working on. It did not save it. It’s a mess!

This is a major inconvenience right now, I am not sure what to do as these features are words press features and not from my template. My template is running for two different sites, and it is working fine on my other site, so apparently I have done something wrong with this one. I really need some help, and I’m not super smart with this stuff. Thanks.
