Major bug – Job stuck and keeps on running

I have setup a daily backup and jobs running until the next daily backup, there seems to be a major bug here. I have tried to abort, even delete the job but sill the job remains running. I have not got ssh access to my box as I am on shared hosting. Anyway to kill the process???
