I'm looking for assistance in identifying the main template for the atahualpa theme. I want to replace the header with a new header. I want to modify the file that is display in that header as a banner. I will like to modify the file name of my choice and it point to that file. Thanks for your help when given.

personally I'm not familiar with this theme however, if the author followed the standard file structure then your header image should be under the themes image folder, as "header.jpg". If you are new to WP, the simplest way is to create your header and name it as "header.jpg" and just upload it to the image folder under this specific template folder.(Make sure the dimensions and resolution of your new image are same as the original file) Don't forget to backup the original file before you replace. If you want to modify the file name, then you have to see where the code is in the PHP files. Usually it is under index.php or header.php under this specific template folder. Also, could be that the header image is called from the CSS. You just have to search and find it.Best way is to get your hands dirty :-) Hope I gave you enough for you to find your solution.
