   I have installed the latest version of WordPress on seperate occassions to find that the main page and it's links do not format to the stylesheet as if it doesn't exist. It displays a white page and the content in Times New Roman and it doesn't format to any of the themes. A fix please ASAP? It can be found at http://e816.org/content/index.php. Thanks to those who can help!

   This is because your style sheet isn't where it is looking for it.
   http://www.e816.org/content/wp-content/themes/andyblue/style.css
   Should be your css but there is nothing there.

   Make sure the themes are where they should be.

   No, it is there. Let me check the permissions.

   It does this for all the themes, not just one.

   The admin area and login pages are formatted but the rest aren't... I can give you a login if necessary.
