Main Navigation disappears when viewing product

    When i click in to a product to view it the main navigation(top navigation) disappears and the only way to get back to the Home page is to click on the logo.

    Has anyone encountered this problem before? Or can anyone help me with this problem?

    This is the second time i have written on the support forum, so hopefully this time i get a reply.

    WP Theme: Avada

    1. Please post a link to your site so I can see the problem and try to help you further.

    2. Sounds like you may need to add your Inner Page Header and Footer in the WP Catalogue settings. See FAQs for more info on this one.

    Did you check the Inner Page Header and Footer?

    Yep i did, i played around with it but it wasn’t the problem. I followed the instructions and put the open tags (

      ) in the header and in the footer the close tags (

    ) and it was displaying below the main menu/navigation.

    click welders > select any product > then the menu disappears
