I have installed MP, created my own theme, and tested it succesfully by sending messages from the MP-settings page to some email-addresses.
Then I added the MP-widget to the sidebar.
While I was logged on to WordPress, I opened up a second tab in my browser and at the sidebar I entered my email-address and pressed Subcribe.
Within a second I checked my mail and clicked the link to activate my subscription. From there I was able to manage my subscription (daily/weekly/etc.). When creating new posts om my website I received mails with those posts.
So far no problems.
Secondly, I changed back to the tab of my browser where I was still logged on. I clicked the logoff link in WordPress and closed the tab.
With another email-address of mine I repeated the steps above, but when I received my 'Waiting for confirmation' email, I clicked the link and got the message: No such page found.
So I was unable to complete my subscription for my second email-address.
Logging back on to WordPress I noticed on the MP-settings page that my email-address was added and was waiting for confirmation, but had no username attached to it: (unknown). My email-address I added as first one did have my username linked to it.
It seems that you have to be logged on to WP to successfully subscribe with an email-address, but that is not what I want.
Is this a bug or did I configure something wrong?
Thanks in advance
