Mailer for Post with Galleries

    Hello, since the Wiki has been down for a while, I have to ask here.

    1. Whenever I create a post with images or galleries, the mailer generated has ALL the images which is fine but it also as ALL images in ALL sizes which is NOT fine. How do I change this behavior so that 1 image is included only once & how to customize it further?

    2. The images in my posts have high resolution so they don’t fit on the width of the mailer. I would expect the mailing template to fit it to 100% but rather it overflows the right edge and the overflow is hidden. How do I change this behavior?
