I have a mailchimp account with three lists. The signup form for the first list I created is here:

It works fine: after you fill in your details it tells you that you have been added to the list (on the webpage the signup form is on) and the e-mail address is added to my list - perfect.
However, I have just made a new website for my band, and have created a new signup form for this different list, you can see that one here:
http://www.slowwolf.net/?page_id=125
I've used the same API key but the unique list id for the 'Slow wolf' list. When I try test signing up, firstly the form does nothing (it doesn't tell you that you have successfully signed up, like the martinbrooks.com one does) and no name is added to the list. So it isn't working at all.
Do you have any idea why this signup form isn't working? I'd be really grateful for any help!
