Mailchimp plugin only works correctly on the homepage

Hello,

I want the mailchimp newsletter sign up plugin to work on a sidebar on other pages besides just the homepage. I’m not sure if it is the theme, origami, but the submit button is in whit and you can’t see it on every other page except the homepage where it is correct.

Is there a way to correct this?
