MailChimp plugin conflict

I have another client who I setup with jigoshop and discovered that she lost a couple of purchases because the checkout would not go to paypal – it just kept spinning. After many hours of looking into this we discovered that it is coming from the mailchimp plugin.

Who do we report this to? Information on your site is so sparse.
