    After I installed the plugin and updated the “MailChimp API Key” and
    “MailChimp List ID”, I was testing the system did not work and when I get
    MailChimp’s website does not update any e-mail ..

    Could you help me?

    I’m not entirely sure of what you’re describing. The way the process should work is that the plugin is:

    – Plugin is installed on website
    – Someone goes to the website and signs up using the form
    – That person is sent a “confirmation email” (via MailChimp’s double opt-in process)
    – Once that person clicks the link in the email, they should be automatically added to your MailChimp list

    If you don’t see the “confirmation email” right away, there could be a couple of things going on. Generally, checking the “spam” or “junk” folders is the first line of defense. If it’s not there, check out this link from our Knowledge Base:
