    Hey Zig,

    It’s somewhat ready. You can download the “development version” from this page: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/genesis-enews-extended/developers/

    It’ll require adding CSS for a #subbox1 for the first name field and #subbox2 for last name field, if utilized.

    I’m delaying official release until at least Genesis 1.9 is released and trying to use that time to make using name fields easier for folks (or worst case, I have better documentation on how to add the styles!).
