Mail to admin when post is edited

We have an online magazine where registered users can write articles that have to be published by the admin. But once published, the users can edit them.

Is there ane way to send an e-Mail to the admin whenever a published post is edited?

Maybe a wordpress funktion with wp_mail that runs when the “save”-buttom of edit-form-advanced is activated?

If possible, please give me the code and where to put it, because I’m not good in php.
