Mail Server IP – Receiving Form Submissions

    I am having trouble receiving the emails from my form to my support@ email. My IT dept is asking for the Mail Server IP address WordPress uses to resolve the issue with the form Submission. Does anyone know how I would acquire this address that we can use?
