If this doesn’t happen with all of your users, the most common reason is that some people aren’t checking their spam bins or have overly-aggressive spam filters. Have you tried registering as a user using one of your other email addresses on your own blog?
Yes, I tried it and didn’t get any mail either. And I e-mailed the users with their mail address and learn’d they didn’t get the mail. Not in their spam folder and such. The mail just don’t get to them…
Okay, I installed that wpPHPMailer plug-in before I open this topic. I can’t use its SMTP function, however, because of my hosting firm’s over active spam policy.
And a quick update: I registered my blog yesterday with another account as I said. But the mail arrived my spam box after 15 hours of registration. So it’s more late arriving than never arriving.
Maybe I better talk with the hosting firm… They may do something about it.
Thank you by the way. You have been very helpful.
I will update this thread if I can or can’t solve the problem =) With hosting firm or with the methods provided by yourself.
use wp-smtp email its not problem with your hosting its problem with authentication.
