   Hi,
   I am lookink for a plugin that sends mail to all registered users whenever a post or comment is published.

   subscribe2 does this job for posts but it seems like it does not react on comments.

   It should be something global like:

   User A chose to be notified on any event (post or comment) that took place within category C.

   so that the users don't have to set this for every new post seperately.
