Mail header charset

    Yesterday I converted my ISO-8859-1 WP database to UTF-8 and everything looks good (I’m located in Sweden that uses å, ä and ö)
    However the email notifications and all emails sent out by WP looks like gibberish: “Hej Ã…se! Vet inte om du har bytt lösenord under “Livet i övrigt”

    How do I solve this?
