   seems like the Post Types Order plugin is not enabling me to order the Magic Fields order...any ideas ?

   The magic fields plugin actually use the posts and pages to generate the sections, but the post types order can work with custom post types. You can try to condensate the section (check with the magic fields settings) this way you can see the posts/pages within the sort page.

   Sounds good, but it is not clear to me. Where and how do I set MF so sort order can be included? Thanks in advance.

   Nevermind, we have dropped using Magic Fields altogether because of issues like this. I'd recommend using Custom Posts to anyone interested.
