   I am using Magazine Basic at 2ndamendmenttshirts.org. I have changed the header and the background color, and they will display properly when I am logged in but when I log out they will not display properly in Explorer or Chrome. However, the header will display properly in the browser on my phone. Any ideas what is going on? Thanks

   The background and header are working on other pages but not the homepage.
